OK, your brand new body has broken down on a gravel road in the middle of nowhere. We understand that you will not be particularly happy. We’re not either. But there is a solution to every problem.

If you’re near Laxå or Örebro, you can drop in and we’ll take a look at your rig and rectify any warranty issues immediately. It’s that simple.

If you are unfortunate enough to be a long way from us:

1. Call
Contact our service team or a suitable workshop to rectify the problem.

2. Report
Download and fill in our complaints report.

3. Send
E-mail the completed report to reklamation@laxo.se.

4. Evaluation
We will go through the information and come to a decision on compensation.

Repairs by a third party

If you have helped a driver with a repair that ought to be covered by the warranty from LAXO, please download our writable complaints report in Word format. Fill in the report and send it to reklamation@laxo.se as soon as possible. Based on this document, we will come to a decision on any compensation for work and spare parts.
